Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement or before dispatch, whichever is earlier.
Once the order is shipped, cancellation requests will not be entertained.

Refund Policy
Refunds will be processed in the following cases:
The product is damaged, expired, or incorrect upon delivery.
The product is out of stock or unavailable after payment.
A valid cancellation request was made before dispatch.
Refunds will not be applicable for:
Products returned without original packaging or seal broken.
Products ordered by mistake or without proper verification.
Prescription-based products without a valid prescription (if applicable).
Refund Timeline
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original method of payment.
You will receive a confirmation once the refund has been initiated.

Return Process
If your product is eligible for return, we will arrange a reverse pickup or guide you on the return process.
Returns must be initiated within 3 days of delivery with proof of damage or issue.
Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
